U.S. Veterans, Active Duty Service Members, First Responders and their families may now purchase a Fisher Wallace Stimulator at a $200 discount.  A valid prescription from a health care practitioner and proof of military / first responder affiliation are required to receive a device at this special discount (family members must provide relevant proof). If you qualify, please do the following:

1.) Have your doctor fax your prescription to (800) 657 - 7362 (or email it to orders@fisherwallace.com).  If you do not have a prescribing doctor, you can receive a free medical evaluation in New York City or Washington, DC (see below), or find a doctor near you (costs may vary) by searching our doctor database. 

2.) Email or fax proof of military or first responder affiliation (a copy of form DD-214 or an ID Card) to orders@fisherwallace.com or (800) 657 - 7362.  

3.) Purchase the device through our website by selecting a product in the section highlighted in green.  Call us with any questions.
