60-DAY REFUND POLICY

Fisher Wallace Laboratories offers the most generous refund policy in our industry. The purchaser of a Fisher Wallace Stimulator may return the device for a refund within 60 days of receipt. The purchase price of the device will be refunded, minus a 10% restocking fee to cover the costs of used disposables (sponges, headband, carry case) and device testing and processing. Shipping charges and the purchase of extra accessories (such as extra sponges) will not be reimbursed. As a result, the total cost of buying a new device and returning it for a refund within 60 days will range from $50 - $70 plus the cost of shipping.

If the returned device is damaged, no refund will be provided. Please make sure you purchase delivery confirmation when shipping a device back to us. We are not responsible for refunding a device without proof of delivery.

Returned devices are tested, cleaned and used for philanthropy or sold to financially challenged patients and organizations at a steep discount. It typically takes four weeks to process a refund after we receive the returned device.
