Returning Your Device for a Refund

Please package the device carefully (with bubble wrap or crumpled newspaper). You may use the same box the device came in. No return authorization number is required.

Please include the following information:

• Your full name
• Address
• Phone number
• E-mail
• Copy of your emailed receipt (if you still have it)

You can send it by USPS, UPS, or FedEx but we strongly recommend you use delivery confirmation.  We are not responsible for refunding a lost device if there is no proof that we received it.

You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the product back to us.  

Your refund will come in form of a check in 4-6 weeks from the date we received your return.

FOR SECURITY REASONS, WE HAVE A STRICT SECURITY POLICY THAT DOES NOT ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO DROP OFF OR PICK UP PRODUCTS FROM OUR OFFICE.  ONLY LICENSED MESSENGERS AND DOCTORS ARE PERMITTED ENTRY.
