Returning Your Device for Repair, Replacement or Refund

 

Please package the device carefully (with bubble wrap or crumpled newspaper).  If only one or both of the wire electrodes are broken, only send the broken components, not the entire device.

- Your full name

- Address

- Phone number

- E-mail 

- Copy of your emailed receipt (if you still have it)

 

We strongly recommend you use delivery confirmation.  We are not responsible for refunding a lost device if there is no proof that we received it.

You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the product back to us.  We will cover the cost of repair or replacement as well as standard ground shipping of the repaired or replaced product to you.  We can overnight the device back to you for an additional charge of $57.95.

Please include a note in your package stating what is wrong with the product and please specify if you would like it repaired / replaced or if you are returning the device for a refund.  Include your contact information.

If you live in Manhattan, you may messenger the product to the above address during regular business hours and we will repair or replace the product and have it messengered back to you within 1 business day for a delivery charge of $20 - $30 depending on delivery address.  We do not messenger products outside of Manhattan.

FOR SECURITY REASONS, WE HAVE A STRICT SECURITY POLICY THAT DOES NOT ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO DROP OFF OR PICK UP PRODUCTS FROM OUR OFFICE.  ONLY LICENSED MESSENGERS AND DOCTORS ARE PERMITTED ENTRY.
