You can send it by USPS, UPS, or FedEx but we strongly recommend you use delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for refunding a lost device if there is no proof that we received it. You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the product back to us. Your refund will come in form of a check in 4-6 weeks from the date we received your return.
