Your answers will be confidentially reviewed at a later time by a provider licensed in your state, who will issue the prescription to our team. Proof of ID may be required.
Note: State law in Delaware, Iowa, Kansas, New Mexico, Washington DC and West Virginia requires a phone consultation for each prescription. If you reside in these states, you will receive a text/email to schedule a short phone call with a telehealth provider at no added cost.
