Refund Policy

The purchaser of a Fisher Wallace Stimulator® may return the device for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. Shipping charges and add-on accessories such as extra sponges will not be reimbursed, and the customer is responsible for shipping the device to us. Fisher Wallace applies a restocking fee that is 10% of the amount paid for the device. The restocking fee covers the cost of testing and sanitizing the device, disposing of and replacing accessories, and repackaging the unit for use in research and charitable distribution.

You can expect your refund within four to six weeks of Fisher Wallace receiving the returned device. If the returned device is damaged, no refund will be processed. Please make sure to use delivery confirmation when shipping a device back to Fisher Wallace Laboratories. Fisher Wallace is not responsible for refunding the purchase of a device that is not returned or for which no return delivery confirmation is available.

It typically takes four to six weeks for Fisher Wallace to process a refund after receiving the returned device. If you do not receive your refund check within six weeks please contact Fisher Wallace.
